Web Star Travel’s deposit is non-refundable, but 100% of the deposit is applied toward the cost of your vacation if you decide to book with us. This includes, solo and group trips, curated itineraries, destination weddings, and cruises. The deposit is nonrefundable and is considered a service fee for planning your trip.
Why Do We Require a Deposit?
Vacation planning involves a lot of time. Our work is based on years of personal experience and professional expertise. We research cruises, hotels and tours to meet your specific needs, contact suppliers, coordinate transportation, and draft itineraries.
We provide the itinerary and documents to make your trip “seamless.” Once Web Star Travel has curated your itinerary, you are free to request modifications, upgrades, or check other pricing options. If you choose to book your vacation with another agency, your deposit will be retained by Web Star Travel as payment for research services rendered.
All vacations arranged through Web Star Travel are made by experienced professionals in the business of planning individual and group travel. Our clientele demands the most professional individual attention. Providing quality detail and execution of a well-planned vacation, is our central focus.
I agree with the above terms and conditions and engage Total Access Travel LLC to research my vacation plans. I agree that if I decide not to continue with the vacation or I book it with another agency, that Total Access Travel LLC will be entitled to retain the Plan to Go Deposit as remuneration for efforts made on my behalf.
